Job Opportunity: Safe Digs Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Safe Digs Administrator. This role will be based at our Head Office in Knowsley, working Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5pm.

Responsibilities

  • Prioritize works from a list of Civils tasks that require safe dig prints
  • Read job packs and identify correct locations for works required
  • Run line searches and other necessary prints required
  • Identify if a job falls within a Zone of Interest and escalate it correctly to the ZOI Controller
  • Sign off jobs that do not fall within a Zone of Interest to enable civils work to be planned
  • Comply with MJ Quinn Integrated Services Ltd.'s company Handbook, Policies, and Procedures
  • Adhere to all relevant company policies and procedures addressing data protection, data security, cyber security, and access to data and information collected, processed, and stored by the company

Requirements

  • Experience working within an administrative position
  • Confident using MS Office Packages
  • Confident working in a fast-paced environment
