Summer Ranger

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Summer Ranger to join our team. This seasonal role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, have a passion for customer service, and possess a keen eye for detail.

As a Summer Ranger, you will be responsible for ensuring the park and golf course are clean, safe, and welcoming for all visitors.

This position requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently.

Job Purpose

The primary purpose of the Summer Ranger position is to enhance the overall experience of park visitors and golfers by ensuring the park remains a safe, clean and enjoyable environment. This role is crucial in promoting a positive and memorable experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain the front of the park to provide a welcoming first impression for visitors.
- Conduct daily litter picking and waste management to keep the park and golf course clean.
- Ensure all areas are safe and free from hazards, promptly reporting any issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist at the golf reception, providing information, answering queries, and facilitating smooth check-ins.
- Handle ticket checks and manage the flow of golfers, especially during busy times.
- Enhance the golfers' experience by providing on-course refreshments, offering directions, and addressing any concerns or needs they may have.
- Ensure all visitors feel valued and well-cared for.
- Monitor the park and golf course to ensure the safety and security of all guests and staff.
- Respond to any incidents or emergencies promptly and professionally.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of events or activities hosted at the park or golf course.
- Provide support to event coordinators as needed.
- Perform any other relevant tasks as assigned by the management to support the overall operation and success of the park and golf course.

Working Hours

Flexibility and potential split shifts to be there when needed. Weekends, early mornings, late afternoons and early evening
