Senior CRM Executive

Industry: Fintech

Salary Range: £35,000 - £45,000

A dynamic Fintech organization established in 2016 is seeking to enhance its Marketing team with the addition of a Senior CRM Executive.

In this role, reporting directly to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will take charge of email marketing initiatives, design automated user journeys, spearhead nurturing programs, and provide insightful reporting.

The company is open to considering candidates from various CRM backgrounds, although a minimum of 2 years' experience in a CRM and Email capacity is preferred. The organization is thriving and has ambitious growth plans for the upcoming year.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, schedule, and implement all CRM communications, including regular newsletters, event management, marketing automation, and processes directed at all customers (both B2C).
  • Oversee the communication and email marketing calendar in collaboration with key senior stakeholders.
  • Deliver consistent reporting on email performance metrics and insights to the Marketing team and broader organization.
  • Manage the operational aspects of internal virtual events, including email invitations and follow-up communications.
  • Enhance engagement, conversion rates, and overall performance across email, push notifications, and other cross-channel communications.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a CRM/Email Marketing role, with a keen interest in the Fintech sector.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a CRM-focused position.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and optimizing content to enhance open rates, click-through rates, and registration figures.
  • Strong knowledge of best practices in email marketing.
  • Experience with automation and CRM tools, with a preference for MS Dynamics 365 and ClickDimensions.
  • Proactive, motivated, and capable of collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
  • Basic HTML skills for email design are advantageous.
