We are seeking an experienced Marketing and CRM Professional to join our team at Stonor Recruitment. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing our CRM and email marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with our senior management team to develop and implement our CRM and email marketing strategy.
  • Help promote our industry-leading subscription-based product through targeted email marketing campaigns.
  • Manage prospects through the sales funnel using HubSpot.
  • Analyse key performance indicators and provide recommendations for more engaging content and ideas for general brand awareness.
  • Occasionally update and maintain our company website and landing page.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, with significant working knowledge of HubSpot.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
