APT - Luxury Travel is a renowned company in the travel industry, recognized for delivering exceptional 5-star customer service to its industry partners. With a strong reputation and rapid growth, we are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a CRM and Marketing Executive.

The Role

This role is responsible for developing and executing timely, accurate, and effective CRM campaigns for the UK market, aligned with the marketing plan and business CRM strategy. The primary focus is on creating, deploying, and evaluating email campaigns, including marketing, triggered/journeys, and transactional emails to support pre and post-booking processes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Deliver Personalized Email Campaigns: Create and execute targeted email campaigns that align with the marketing plan, ensuring timely and effective communication with customers.
  2. Support Transactional Communications: Collaborate with the Digital Team Leader to coordinate global and local transactional communications, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
  3. Email Test and Learn Strategy: Develop and implement an email test and learn strategy to optimize email performance across triggered and marketing emails, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting solutions.
  4. Customer Journey Development: Work with the CRM Manager and Digital Team Leader to develop and execute customer journeys and triggered communications, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information and regular review of triggered content.
  5. Data Insight and Reporting: Provide regular email, loyalty, and CRM reports to the marketing team and key stakeholders, covering marketing, triggered/journey, and transactional communications, and make recommendations to optimize performance.
  6. CRM Development and Support: Collaborate with the CRM Manager and Digital Team Leader on CRM development work, working with agencies on BAU and projects, and ensuring effective communication with internal stakeholders, Head Office, and external stakeholders.
  7. Process Champion: Act as a subject matter expert for CRM processes and workflows, ensuring accurate and consistent communication with customers and stakeholders.
Requirements
  1. Experience in Email Marketing: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar email marketing role, with a proven track record of delivering effective campaigns.
  2. CRM Platform Experience: Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud CRM email platform, with a strong understanding of its features and capabilities.
  3. Marketing Knowledge: Knowledge of best practices for email and direct marketing campaigns, with a focus on customer engagement and retention.
  4. Analytical and Organizational Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work with data and make recommendations to optimize campaigns, and excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize work and manage deadlines.
  5. CRM and Data Experience: Experience or understanding of CRM, with a focus on customer journey development and data-driven decision making, and proficiency in MS Excel.
