About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Marketing Executive to join our team at CV Consulting. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality marketing results and supporting the Sales & Marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Head of Marketing and Director of Business Development to drive change towards an Account Based Marketing model.
  • Plan and manage end-to-end multi-channel campaign delivery, from initial briefing and requirements gathering to deployment and reporting.
  • Be a HubSpot champion/superuser and support the development of data management and qualified lead management processes.
  • Help define, execute, and optimize customer lifecycle journey workflows.
  • Manage CRM data, segmentation, and automation to support sales and marketing activities.
  • Identify and action new opportunities for automated and triggered CRM programmes to gain production and operational efficiencies.
  • Assist with the set-up, implementation, and reporting of data acquisition opportunities to help grow marketable database volumes.
  • Be a brand champion and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and brand image.
  • Create and deliver presentations and reports on marketing activities, results, and recommendations to improve performance.
Requirements
  • A degree in marketing (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Three plus years' experience in CRM marketing, preferably with HubSpot experience.
  • Experience in using data, insight, and segmentations to define targeting groups and interpret data to measure campaign impact and effectiveness.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills for running multiple campaigns or projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with design software (Photoshop or Illustrator) and website CMS is desirable.
  • Good knowledge of marketing channels, campaign execution, and social media for business.
  • Strong analytical, prioritization, and copywriting skills.
  • Highly collaborative and supportive, team-oriented, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills and good all-round IT knowledge and computer literacy with Microsoft Office/Mac OS.
