About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Analyst to join our team at Brookfield Asset Management. As a key member of our EMEA business development team, you will play a critical role in supporting senior professionals in developing and maintaining relationships with European financial institutions, digital investment platforms, and independent wealth managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development Support: Assist senior team members in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across EMEA geographies.
  • Relationship Management: Act as a key point of contact to provide direct sales and service support to prospective and current clients, ensuring a seamless and outstanding client experience.
  • Database Management: Maintain and further develop databases to support business development efforts and provide valuable insights to the team.
  • Project Management: Assist in project management as required, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of projects.
  • Qualifications and Requirements
    • Education: Bachelor's degree (MBA/CFA a plus)
    • Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in a capital markets or asset management position (previous asset management experience a plus)
    • Language Skills: Proficient in English and at least one additional European language (ideally French, Italian, or German)
    • Knowledge and Skills
      • Alternative Asset Classes: Knowledge of alternative asset classes
      • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and foster a strong network of relationships
      • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills required
      • CRM Technology: Proficiency in CRM technology (i.e. Salesforce)
