Position Overview

Role: CRM Systems Project Coordinator
Contract Type: Fixed-term contract

Location: London, Hybrid working model
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week (part-time options available)

Join the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists as a CRM Systems Project Coordinator and take a crucial role in advancing our membership management systems.

In this engaging position, you will oversee the transition of our CRM platform, ensuring it effectively serves our members and aligns with the strategic objectives of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison with users, spearheading the Staff Portal workstream, and managing stakeholder engagement to ensure a successful CRM rollout.
  • Advocate for user needs throughout the project, ensuring that solutions are tailored to meet their requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and key stakeholders to gather insights, address concerns, and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Propose process improvements based on user feedback and evaluations to enhance CRM functionality and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented project management professional with a solid understanding of CRM systems and experience in managing intricate projects.
