The Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCOG) is seeking a CRM System Transition Project Manager to take a leading role in the enhancement of our membership management systems. In this vital position, you will oversee the transition of our CRM platform, ensuring it effectively serves our members and aligns with the strategic objectives of the College. Your duties will encompass engaging with users, directing the Staff Portal workstream, and managing stakeholder interactions to ensure a successful CRM rollout.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advocate for user requirements throughout the project, ensuring that solutions are tailored to meet their needs.
  • Direct the Staff Portal Workstream in collaboration with Business Analysts and Business Systems Analysts.
  • Facilitate user engagement and ensure representation across various teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and key stakeholders to collect feedback, address concerns, and ensure project alignment.
  • Suggest process improvements based on user feedback and evaluations to enhance CRM functionality and efficiency.
