Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop a clear project scope, objectives, and deliverables, aligning with the company's overall business strategy.
  • Research and evaluate potential CRM solutions that meet the organization's needs, considering factors such as scalability, integration, and user adoption.
  • Facilitate vendor presentations and demonstrations, ensuring a thorough evaluation of each option.
  • Lead the decision-making process to select the best-fit partner/system, weighing factors such as cost, functionality, and vendor support.
  • Develop third-party integrations, ensuring seamless data exchange and minimizing disruptions to business operations.
  • Agree on the implementation process with the chosen provider, establishing clear timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

  • Oversee the configuration, customization, and integration of the new system, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager with CRM implementation projects, demonstrating expertise in project planning, execution, and delivery.
  • A strong understanding of CRM and technology, including current trends and best practices.
  • Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, balanced with the willingness to be hands-on in achieving objectives.
