- Lead the decision-making process to select the best-fit partner/system, weighing factors such as cost, functionality, and vendor support.

- Agree on the implementation process with the chosen provider, establishing clear timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Develop a detailed project plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, to ensure the project stays on track and within budget.
- Oversee the configuration, customization, and integration of the new system, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Ensure effective data migration from legacy systems, preserving critical business information and minimizing data loss.
- Implement user training and support to ensure smooth adoption across the organization, empowering employees to maximize the benefits of the new CRM system.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure the project stays on track and within budget, making adjustments as needed to maintain momentum and achieve objectives.
- Develop communication, training, and release strategies to ensure a successful rollout and minimize disruption to business operations.
The ideal candidate for this position will possess:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager with CRM implementation projects, demonstrating expertise in project planning, execution, and delivery.
- A strong understanding of CRM and technology, including current trends and best practices.
- Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, balanced with the willingness to be hands-on in achieving objectives.
- The ability to engage and manage multiple senior stakeholders across different levels of the organization, effectively communicating project plans, progress, and outcomes.
