Job Title: CRM Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced CRM Project Manager to join our team at Pearson Carter. As a CRM Project Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality CRM, Data, or Modern Workplace projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, quality, and to budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine the needs of each project and the required business resources to implement CRM or ERP systems, clarifying and defining the strategy and objectives of each Client.
  • Experience managing any Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 projects.
  • Experience managing projects end to end (from Discovery, into Build, UAT, Go-Live, etc.).

Requirements:

This is a fully remote role with no requirements for travel. We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills and experience in managing CRM projects.
