About the Role

Apollo Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Crm Project Manager to lead the sourcing and delivery of our CRM Solution. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting a comprehensive analysis of our current CRM delivery needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a clear project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Research and evaluate potential CRM solutions that align with our business needs.
  • Develop third-party integrations.
  • Agree on the implementation process with the chosen provider.
  • Develop a detailed project plan including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure effective data migration from legacy systems.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure the project stays on track and within budget.
  • Develop communication, training, and release strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager with CRM implementation projects.
  • A strong understanding of CRM and technology.
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, balanced with the willingness to be hands-on in achieving objectives.
