Job Title: CRM Project Manager

About the Role:

IPOE Consulting is seeking a highly skilled CRM Project Manager to lead the implementation of a CRM solution for our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the project from initiation to delivery, ensuring that the solution meets the business needs and is implemented on time and within budget.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a thorough analysis of the client's current CRM delivery needs and develop a comprehensive project plan.
  • Engage with key stakeholders and business leads to understand and document detailed requirements.
  • Research and evaluate potential CRM solutions that align with the business needs.
  • Facilitate vendor presentations and demonstrations, and lead the decision-making process to select the best-fit partner/system.
  • Develop third-party integrations and agree on the implementation process with the chosen provider.
  • Oversee the configuration, customization, and integration of the new system, ensuring effective data migration from legacy systems.
  • Implement user training and support to ensure smooth adoption across the organization.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure the project stays on track and within budget.
  • Develop communication, training, and release strategies to ensure a successful project outcome.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager with CRM implementation projects.
  • A strong understanding of CRM and technology.
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, balanced with the willingness to be hands-on in achieving objectives.
  • The ability to engage and manage multiple senior stakeholders across different levels of the organization and to effect change by bringing them along on the journey.
