Job Title: CRM Project Manager

About the Role:

IPOE Consulting is seeking a highly skilled CRM Project Manager to lead the implementation of a CRM solution for our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the project lifecycle, from analysis and requirements gathering to implementation and post-launch support.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a thorough analysis of current CRM delivery needs and develop a comprehensive project plan.
  • Engage with key stakeholders and business leads to understand and document detailed requirements.
  • Research and evaluate potential CRM solutions that align with business needs.
  • Facilitate vendor presentations and demonstrations, and lead the decision-making process to select the best-fit partner/system.
  • Develop third-party integrations and agree on the implementation process with the chosen provider.
  • Oversee the configuration, customization, and integration of the new system, ensuring effective data migration from legacy systems.
  • Implement user training and support to ensure smooth adoption across the organization.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure the project stays on track and within budget.
  • Develop communication, training, and release strategies to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager with CRM implementation projects.
  • A strong understanding of CRM and technology.
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • The ability to engage and manage multiple senior stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
