We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Residential Support Workers who share our passion for making a positive difference in the lives of children. If you possess a genuine understanding of their needs and can provide consistent, nurturing care, this opportunity could be perfect for you.

Our Family Residential Centre: A Unique Approach to Care

One of these homes will function as a Family Residential Centre, offering specialized placements for parents and their children. This type of placement allows us to assess parenting capacity under court direction while ensuring the safety and well-being of the children.

Families utilizing this service may face various challenges, including learning disabilities, domestic violence, substance abuse, mental health issues, or past trauma. Our Family Residential Centre provides a safe and structured environment where families can receive tailored support and therapeutic interventions.
