Key Responsibilities- Build Trust and Relationships: Develop nurturing relationships with service users, promoting their independence, wellbeing, strengths, and capabilities.

- Qualifications: Hold a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or be willing to achieve this within the required timeframe.
- Experience and Skills: Relevant experience working with children and young people is desirable, but not essential. A strong understanding of safeguarding and protection is essential.
- Flexibility: Commit to sleep-ins and shift work, including weekends and bank holidays, to ensure 24/7 support for our service users.
