About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Consultant. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing support to our customers in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their financial goals.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers in branch and over the phone, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Proactively contact customers to identify and discuss their needs, ensuring they have access to the right products and services.
  • Educate customers on a range of products and services, including savings and lending options.
  • Use internal systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer records, while identifying and supporting vulnerable customers.
