Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Team Lead to join our team at Outdoor and Cycle Concepts. As a Retail Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail staff and providing exceptional customer service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of retail staff and provide guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer engagement.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure a safe and compliant working environment by adhering to health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Perform key holder duties, including opening and closing the store.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a retail leadership role, with a strong track record of delivering excellent customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays.
