Principal Security Strategist

Bridewell is experiencing significant expansion, and we are in search of driven professionals who possess a deep passion for Cyber Security and are eager to advance their careers with us. As a client-facing security expert, you will have extensive experience in the field and the ability to manage intricate Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) projects while nurturing and sustaining senior-level client relationships. Your diverse expertise in Cyber Security will enable you to effectively communicate and implement various Bridewell offerings to our target clientele.
Your responsibilities will include:
This position is part of our Consulting teams, allowing you to collaborate with a wide array of clients across multiple sectors, including Financial Services, Critical National Infrastructure, and Government. At the Principal Consultant level, you will engage with these clients to execute a variety of GRC initiatives, which may range from conducting a singular risk assessment to developing a comprehensive Information Security Management System (ISMS) to help a multinational corporation achieve compliance with relevant international standards.
- Facilitating client engagements to uphold governance, risk, and compliance in alignment with various cyber security regulations, frameworks, and standards, such as ISO27001, PCI-DSS, PSN, NIS Regulations, and CAF.
- Keeping abreast of the latest advancements in Cyber Security through participation in training sessions and conferences.
- Collaborating with leadership and sales teams to respond to proposals and provide pre-sales assistance.
- Conducting quality assurance on the work of fellow consultants as necessary.
- Contributing to the evolution of Bridewell's security methodologies.
Qualifications we are looking for:
You should have experience in:
- Implementing security standards and frameworks, including ISO27001, PCI DSS, PSN, and CAF.
- Conducting Cyber Security risk evaluations and overseeing risk management processes.
- Possessing a solid understanding of IT systems, encompassing traditional infrastructure, cloud environments, and SaaS.
- Engaging in operational security roles or security management/leadership positions.
- Collaborating with various technical teams and executive members.
- Performing Cyber Security assessments and gap analyses against diverse frameworks.
