Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers in retail stores, driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify prospective customers through lead generation tactics
  • Build close partnerships with independent retailers to drive sales of vape products
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Deliver compelling presentations and pitches to close deals
  • Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction
  • Manage time and territory plan effectively to maximize productivity
  • Ensure CRM systems are up to date

Requirements

  • A full driving license
  • Experience in B2B or B2C sales positions
  • Keen to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment
  • Great team player with an outgoing personality
  • Manages time effectively to ensure high levels of productivity
  • Commercially minded with a desire to hit and exceed targets
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook)

What We Offer

  • Base Salary up to: £32,500
  • Commission: OTE is another 10K on top, however this is uncapped and we expect overachievement in many areas
  • £5,000 car allowance
