Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers in retail stores, driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify prospective customers through lead generation tactics
- Build close partnerships with independent retailers to drive sales of vape products
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive business growth
- Deliver compelling presentations and pitches to close deals
- Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction
- Manage time and territory plan effectively to maximize productivity
- Ensure CRM systems are up to date
Requirements
- A full driving license
- Experience in B2B or B2C sales positions
- Keen to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment
- Great team player with an outgoing personality
- Manages time effectively to ensure high levels of productivity
- Commercially minded with a desire to hit and exceed targets
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook)
What We Offer
- Base Salary up to: £32,500
- Commission: OTE is another 10K on top, however this is uncapped and we expect overachievement in many areas
- £5,000 car allowance

- £40 per month wellbeing allowance
