About the Role

Axis Communications is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue in line with targets in the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, system integrators, end customers, and technology partners.
  • Manage project pipeline and handle project pricing within set guidelines.
  • Provide monthly input and forecast, including performances and other initiatives.
  • Monitor processes that are in place to improve efficiency of the assigned area.
  • Participate in trade shows and exhibitions and drive follow-up activities to get maximum return on sales.

About You

  • You have a degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
  • You have 5+ years of sales and management experience in B2B.
  • You have a proven track record of hitting and exceeding quarterly revenue expectations.
  • You understand the marketing landscape, account and strategic planning, and complex sales negotiation.
  • You are highly motivated, proactive, and ready to challenge the status quo.
  • You have high integrity and self-awareness, able to professionally handle conflicts with customers or colleagues.
  • You are able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have good organizational and follow-through skills.
  • Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
  • You have fluency in English, written and spoken.
