Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Macgregor Cavendish (UK) Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for exceeding new business targets and building close relationships with prospective customers in the parcel industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exceeding new business targets by identifying and qualifying customer opportunities for new product sales.
  • Developing and implementing market sector development plans within your own catchment area.
  • Building close and effective working relationships with a network of contacts within prospective customers.
  • Developing and broadening relationships with existing customers while identifying and qualifying opportunities for new product sales.
  • Defining target lists of customer prospects based on clearly defined criteria.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience within the delivery/logistics sector.
  • Strong sales skills, including prospecting, qualifying, networking, and campaign management.
  • Detailed understanding of sales process and demonstration of world-class sales rigor, hunger, and determination.
  • Proven sales ability with historic success at exceeding new business targets.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities, able to facilitate discussions.
