We're seeking a highly skilled Territory Manager to join our team at Blue Square. As a key member of our retail marketing agency, you'll play a crucial role in driving commercial expertise across retail stores and contact centres.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with store management and team members to grow brand love within channels.
  • Lead high-profile visits and VIP management within your territory, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Manage Elites within retailers, providing training and support to achieve full potential.
  • Identify growth areas across your territory, using data and insights to inform decision-making and drive sales opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity, using this knowledge to stay agile and ahead of the curve.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in field management, either from an area or territory management background.
  • Commercial acumen, with a track record of spotting and developing opportunities.
  • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Full UK driving licence.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary: £27,000 - £32,000 per annum.
