About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Patient Safety Facilitator to join our Quality and Safety Team at Sirona care & health CIC. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and quality care across our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert support and guidance to our teams to ensure the effective use of our quality and safety systems, including the Ulysses system.
  • Analyze and interpret complex data and information to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop and implement strategies to address these.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure our teams have the skills and knowledge they need to provide high-quality care and services.
  • Work closely with our Quality and Safety Team to identify and mitigate risks, and to develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to the development of our quality and safety strategy, and work with our senior leaders to ensure its effective implementation.
Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications and experience in quality and safety, patient safety, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, interpretation, and presentation, and the ability to communicate complex information to non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and partnership working.
