Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Coordinator to join our Hospitality Sales team at Lightspeed. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reviewing and approving new sales opportunities, processing software returns and adjustments, and providing administrative support to our local London sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and approve all new sales opportunities to ensure they meet financial and legal requirements.
  • Process software returns and adjustments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide administrative support to our local London sales teams, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Work with customers to resolve billing and subscription inquiries.
  • Contribute to wider company initiatives and projects outside of daily tasks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in a SaaS and/or technology-related field.
  • Knowledge of Mac OS X, iOS, G Suite, Salesforce, Zendesk, and Slack.
  • Perfect written and spoken English.
  • Ability to work in a flexible environment.
