Insurance Broker Job Opportunity

Resolve Recruitment Services is seeking an ambitious Insurance Broker to join our client, a leading insurance brokerage firm in the UK. This is a unique opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic and forward-thinking company.

About the Role:

As an Insurance Broker, you will be responsible for growing a book of commercial clients through new business and arranging policies for new clients. You will also be a point of referral within the team, organizing daily work to ensure compliance is met at all times, and liaising with Underwriters to help secure the retention of clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Grow a book of commercial clients through new business and arranging policies for new clients
  • Be a point of referral within the team
  • Organize daily work to ensure compliance is met at all times
  • Liaise with Underwriters to help secure the retention of clients
  • Identify new markets, schemes, and other opportunities to help grow the business

Requirements:

  • Thorough commercial insurance knowledge of at least 2 years in commercial insurance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Organized and effective worker
  • Aptitude for sales and new business
