HR Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our Central Services team. As the first point of contact for HR-related queries, you will be responsible for HR administration, maintaining HR systems, and managing the administration of all HR processes.
About the Role- Manage the HR inbox and respond to employee and partner queries
- Organise and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Maintain and update information within the Firm's HR systems, ensuring data integrity
- Manage the new joiner and leaver administration, including onboarding and offboarding processes
- Complete employment and tenancy references, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Take minutes at internal meetings, ensuring accurate records of discussions and decisions
- Draft letters and employment contracts, ensuring clarity and compliance
- Update the Firm's intranet HR pages, ensuring timely and accurate information
- Support the running of the internal payroll, including data provision and format
- Complete post-payroll actions, such as pension uploads and financial rewards processing
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analytics, supporting decision-making and strategic planning
- Collaborate with the wider HR team on key projects, ensuring effective communication and delivery
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees and partners
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail, with a focus on data integrity and compliance
- Competent user of HR systems and software, with a good level of knowledge in Excel and Word
- Ability to work under pressure, with a flexible and adaptable approach
