Job Summary

PerryGolf is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Coordinator to join our team. As a Product Coordinator, you will be responsible for arranging contracted ground and ship services for our worldwide portfolio of escorted small group tours and golf cruises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Arrangements
    • Request and confirm bookings for hotels, golf courses, ground transportation, guides, and other ancillary services as required.
    • Liaise with ground suppliers and trusted Destination Management Companies (DMCs) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Tour Planning
    • Update ground suppliers on sales progress and provide detailed information on tour arrangements.
    • Establish final arrangements and timings for ground transportation and golf arrangements.
  • Financial Management
    • Approve invoices and initiate payments to ground suppliers and host teams.
    • Record actual costs and reconcile against budgeted costs.
  • Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with ground suppliers and DMCs.
    • Provide feedback on supplier performance and suggest improvements.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in office-based organizational and/or administrative work.
  • Skills
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Superior problem-solving and organizational skills.
    • Knowledge of and/or interest in the game of golf is a plus.
  • Education
    • Intermediate to Advanced level in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Location

Candidates must be able to commit to a full-time office-based role in Helensburgh, Scotland. International travel may be required from time to time.
