Job Title: ServiceNow Enterprise Architect
Job Type: Contract Inside IR35 or Permanent
Job Location: Remote (Hybrid)
Must Have Experience
- Proven expertise in implementing IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions using industry best practices.
- Experience in implementing ServiceNow and integrating it with multiple enterprise-level tool sets.
- Skilled in implementing ITSM, IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Business Management (ITBM) solutions.
- Hands-on development experience with ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Actions.
- Strong experience in creating Service Portal widgets and custom applications.
- Excellent knowledge of REST and SOAP-based integrations, including scripted API creation.
- Understanding of authentication mechanisms, including Auth 2.0, certificates, and Mid Server.
- Experience in implementing ServiceNow projects in domain-separated instances.
- Skilled in implementing ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration use cases.
- Good knowledge of Mid Server installation and management.
- Experience in developing custom applications and implementing LDAP/Active Directory/SSO.
- Knowledge of Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Orchestration use case implementation.
Good to Have Experience
- Experience in working with CSM, HRSD, GRC, and ITBM.
- Experience in working with Performance Analytics.
- Design and modification of ServiceNow Service Portal.
- Review existing set-ups and provide best practice recommendations aligned with OEM guidelines.
- Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow features.
- Experience with HTML coding and Jelly script is a strong preference.
Academic and Professional Experience
Professional:
- 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow is required.
- 8+ years of experience in the IT industry is required.
Academics:
- Certified System Administrator.
- CIS-ITSM, Certified Application Developer, CIS-Discovery, CIS-Service Mapping.
- ITIL Foundations certification is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
