Job Summary:

Think Specialist Recruitment is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our client's growing team. As a key member of the IT department, you will be responsible for providing first-level support to end users, addressing hardware, software, and network-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical assistance to end users, resolving issues with desktops, laptops, printers, and other equipment.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, working closely with managed service providers as needed.
  3. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  4. Assist in the setup and configuration of new hardware and software, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  5. Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols and procedures, ensuring the security and integrity of company data.
  6. Support the transformation of raw data into usable formats for analysis and reporting, working closely with data analysts and other stakeholders.
  7. Conduct data quality checks and troubleshoot issues, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in a similar technical support role, with a strong understanding of IT systems and infrastructure.
  2. Ability to work in an office-based environment, with a strong focus on customer service and technical expertise.
  3. Experience with Windows operating systems, with knowledge of Mac systems a plus.
  4. Experience with databases or data management tools, with a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting.
