We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced IT professional to provide 1st / 2nd line IT support to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering IT support to resolve hardware and software issues, collaborating with the IT team to ensure efficient handling of Service Desk requests, and performing troubleshooting for Microsoft Office 365, Windows 11, Google G-Suite, and macOS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver IT support to resolve hardware and software issues.

Requirements:
- Previously worked as a Support Analyst or in a similar role.
