Help Desk Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Analyst to join our team at Spinks, a leading global provider of Technology Solutions. As a Help Desk Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the internal business and ensuring IT operations run efficiently.
About the Role:
As a Help Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Providing technical support to internal customers via phone, email, and in-person
- Troubleshooting IT-related issues on various hardware and software applications
- Working with both Apple and Windows devices
- Running diagnostics tests to modify or repair various hardware technologies
- Deploying, installing, maintaining, and upgrading IT systems
- Coordinating with various departments when issues arise
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years of experience in Helpdesk/Support
- Eager to learn and develop skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
