Job Title: Help Desk Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Analyst to join our team at Spinks, a leading global provider of Technology Solutions. As a Help Desk Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the internal business and ensuring IT operations run efficiently.

About the Role:

As a Help Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical support to internal customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshooting IT-related issues on various hardware and software applications
  • Working with both Apple and Windows devices
  • Running diagnostics tests to modify or repair various hardware technologies
  • Deploying, installing, maintaining, and upgrading IT systems
  • Coordinating with various departments when issues arise

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in Helpdesk/Support
  • Eager to learn and develop skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
