Help Desk Support Specialist

Job Title: Help Desk Administrator
Job Type: Contract
Location: Remote
Duration: 3 months
Pay: £130 PD (Outside IR35)
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Administrator to join our team at Maxwell Bond. As a Help Desk Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring that company issues are logged within our IT Helpdesk ticket management system and providing 1st Line remote support to clear a backlog of tickets on specific Student / Lecturer issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Active Directory experience - creating users, amending security groups, extension attributes, proxy addresses
- An excellent knowledge of MS 365 administration and Exchange online - assigning licenses, creating users, mailboxes, shared mailboxes, distribution lists etc
- Providing remote support to resolve technical issues
Requirements:
- Active Directory experience
- MS 365 administration and Exchange online knowledge
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
