Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our team at INTEC SELECT LIMITED on a 3-6 month contract. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing 2nd line technical support, handling escalated issues from the 1st line support team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and Resolve Complex Issues: You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex hardware, software, and network issues that have been escalated from the 1st line support team.
  • Support and Maintain Client Systems: You will support and maintain client systems, including desktops, laptops, servers, and networks, ensuring that they are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Install, Administer and Support Devices: You will install, administer, and support all Windows-based, MAC OS, and iOS devices, desk phones, printers, and mobile equipment.
  • Manage and Document Support Requests: You will manage and document support requests using our ticketing system, ensuring that all issues are properly tracked and resolved.
  • Collaborate with Other Teams: You will collaborate with 3rd line support and other teams for issue resolution, ensuring that all issues are properly escalated and resolved.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with IT Infrastructure: You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of IT infrastructure and emerging technologies, ensuring that you are always equipped to handle complex technical issues.
  • Assist in Deployment of New Technologies: You will assist in the deployment of new technologies and systems for clients, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to their operations.
  • Ensure IT Processes are Documented: You will ensure that all IT processes are properly documented and followed, ensuring that all team members have access to the information they need to perform their jobs effectively.
