Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced International Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our global operations, you will be responsible for managing programs related to online harms and digital campaigns, interacting with foreign government representatives, and supporting the strategic objectives of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with international clients and stakeholders.
  • Design and deliver capacity building programs for partners.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of online campaigns, including strategy, design, and optimization.
  • Develop and maintain subject matter expertise and methodologies related to online harms.
  • Analyze various data forms, including social media metrics, to inform program development and evaluation.
  • Work closely with project teams to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Support business development initiatives and contribute to the growth of the organization.

Requirements:

Essential:

  • Proven experience in international program delivery and management.
  • Strong background in online harms and digital campaigns.
  • Project management and client relationship experience.
  • Ability to work under pressure and travel internationally.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Desirable:

  • Experience in digital communications campaigns and social media marketing.
  • Knowledge of gender-based violence and its impact on online communities.
  • Proficiency in OSINT methods and digital forensics.
  • Experience with digital marketing and social media platforms.
