Job Title: Corporate Travel Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Travel Manager to join our team at AMC Networks International UK. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the optimization of our corporate travel program, ensuring cost-effective, user-centric, safety-focused, and regulatory-compliant travel services for our employees across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Travel Program Management: Develop and implement a comprehensive travel program that meets the needs of our employees, while also ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Operational Control: Oversee the administration of our travel policies, systems, and processes, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.
  • Cost Governance: Manage travel supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and implement cost-saving strategies to optimize our travel spend.
  • Traveller Experience: Ensure a consistent and equitable travel experience for all employees, regardless of location or department.
  • Duty of Care: Develop and implement strategies to improve traveller safety, security, tracking, communication, assistance, and risk management planning.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with changing regulations, such as GDPR and immigration rules, and ensure our travel program remains compliant.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including finance, HR, and executive teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing travel programs in the entertainment or creative industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to cover multiple time zones.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, and ability to learn new systems and technologies.
  • Ability to travel as required.
