Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Travel Program Manager to lead the optimization of our corporate travel program, ensuring cost-effective, user-centric, safety-focused, and regulatory-compliant travel services for our employees globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize the delivery of travel services to all AMCNI employees globally, taking into account regional differences and aiming for continuous improvement.
- Own, govern, design, and administer AMCNI travel policies, systems, and processes in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Manage travel supplier relationships, including sourcing, negotiation, contracting, implementation, administration, and review.
- Establish and maintain equitable consistency for all employees in all locations across internal policies/processes/systems and external service providers.
- Improve traveller safety, security, tracking, communication, assistance, and risk management planning.
- Deliver solutions to comply with all travel-related regulations, including GDPR and evolving immigration and social security rules.
Requirements:
- Background managing travel in the entertainment or other creative industry, including for production, meetings/events, PR/marketing activities.
- Agile and creative problem-solver.
- Excellent customer care skills.
- Proven networking and negotiation skills.
- Able to turn data analysis and stakeholder feedback into insights with actionable solutions.
- Strong organization and time management.
- Microsoft Office skills to a good standard, including proficiency with Excel.
- Possesses the technical skills and knowledge required to manage corporate travel in a multinational entertainment company.
- Understands the business and how corporate travel management contributes to company goals.
