The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Travel Manager to lead the optimization of our travel program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering cost-effective, user-centric, and safety-focused travel services to our employees globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Travel Program Management: Develop and implement a comprehensive travel program that meets the needs of our employees across 14 countries in Europe, LatAm, and APAC.
  • Operational Control: Design, administer, and govern our travel policies, systems, and processes in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Cost Governance: Manage travel supplier relationships, identify cost-saving strategies, and negotiate contracts to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Traveller Experience: Establish and maintain equitable consistency for all employees in all locations across internal policies/processes/systems and external service providers.
  • Duty of Care: Improve traveller safety, security, tracking, communication, assistance, and risk management planning.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Deliver solutions to comply with all travel-related regulations, including GDPR and evolving immigration and social security rules.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Build strong internal relationships and support related projects/activities with other departments, including Finance, HR, and Executive teams.

  • Possesses the technical skills and knowledge required to manage corporate travel in a multinational entertainment company.
  • Understands the business and how corporate travel management contributes to company goals.
  • Able to travel as required.
