Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Travel Program Management: Develop and implement a comprehensive travel program strategy that aligns with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Operational Control: Design, administer, and govern our travel policies, systems, and processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Cost Governance: Manage travel supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and identify cost-saving strategies to optimize our travel expenses.
  • Traveller Experience: Establish and maintain consistent travel policies and procedures for all employees, ensuring a seamless and equitable travel experience.
  • Duty of Care: Implement measures to improve traveller safety, security, tracking, communication, and risk management planning.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with travel-related regulations, including GDPR and evolving immigration and social security rules.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including finance, accounting, and human resources, to support related projects and activities.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing travel programs in the entertainment or creative industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data analysis into actionable solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build successful relationships with stakeholders globally.
  • Ability to work independently, with flexibility to cover multiple time zones.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
  • Technical skills and knowledge required to manage corporate travel in a multinational entertainment company.
