Our International Development Division (IDD) specializes in providing analytical and economic consultancy services across diverse sectors, including trade, governance, private sector development, digital transformation, and environmental sustainability. Responsibilities

  • Program Management: Oversee all aspects of program implementation, ensuring adherence to project plans, budgets, and timelines.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, effectively communicating progress updates and addressing their needs.
  • Financial Management: Manage program finances responsibly, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with donor requirements.
  • Team Leadership: Guide and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Prepare comprehensive reports on program activities, achievements, and challenges.

Qualifications

  • A university degree in Economic Development, International Development, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in program management within the international development sector.
  • Demonstrated understanding of donor funding mechanisms and reporting requirements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong financial management and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in English; fluency in French is an asset.
