Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and directing program management activities, ensuring the delivery of complex programs and projects across the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills, who can provide guidance and direction to cross-functional teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement program management strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead and direct cross-functional teams to deliver complex programs and projects.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders, including program sponsors, teams, and customers.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Develop and manage program budget and resource plans, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  • Monitor and report on program progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs, developing solutions to meet those needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying that knowledge to drive business growth and improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in program management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex programs and projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Series 6 license or equivalent.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
