The IT Program Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of the Global Workplace Technology Program. This role involves collaboration with key IT stakeholders and enterprise-wide partners to ensure successful delivery of multiple workstreams.
Working with the Global Head of Workplace Technology and Service Delivery leaders, this role will oversee the Global Workplace Technology Program, which will:
- Standardize IT Service Delivery globally, including implementing a 24x7 outsourced service desk and associated processes (based on the ITIL framework).
- Consolidate multiple ServiceNow instances into a single, global platform to support the standard process framework.
- Define Colliers Digital Workplace model, including defining standard end-user devices, office technology, and management platforms.
- Deliver training and change management to Colliers global IT staff and user community.
- Implement a simple and effective financial charge-back mechanism.
Program Management:
- Plan and manage multiple complex, regional, and cross-functional enterprise projects in alignment with strategic and financial objectives.
Stakeholder and Vendor Management:
- Manage diverse stakeholders and vendors, anticipate needs and risks, and conduct effective meetings via Teams and email.
Program Planning and Execution:
- Drive creative and practical solutions to issues through effective collaboration.
- Adapt to changing business requirements and manage flexible resources.
Operational and Financial Management:
- Ensure steady-state IT support for new technologies and comprehensive issue resolution post-implementation.
- Manage the program's financial health and establish an effective chargeback model.
Minimum of 15 years in a Program/Project Management role at a large organization.
Experience of the ITIL framework would be beneficial.
Experience in the commercial real estate industry is a plus but not essential.
Bachelor's degree in business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or a certificate in project management.
Proficiency in program management methods and tools.
Strong management and organizational abilities.
Conflict management and resolution skills are a plus.
Desire to contribute to the strategic and financial success of the organization.
