About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Complaints Handler to join our team at Coulter Elite Resourcing. As a key member of our client's support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving client issues in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that all member service issues are acknowledged and addressed in a timely manner, in line with the company's complaint procedure.
  • Investigate and resolve member complaints thoroughly and efficiently.
  • Obtain prompt responses to member queries, service issues, and requests to cancel.
  • Review member complaints and implement improvements to prevent future issues.
  • Communicate with members to activate their accounts and book initial appointments.
  • Receive and resolve member and consultant telephone calls and queries.
Person Specification
  • Highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong time management skills.
  • Consultative and friendly approach with the ability to work under pressure.
