**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Operative to join our team at Hunterwell Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our Customer Care Team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers during the post-completion, 2-year warranty period.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Carry out accepted warranty or defect works in accordance with weekly schedules of appointments
* Inspect properties for defects and oversee works undertaken by Sub-Contractors as required
* Ensure properties and furnishings are properly protected prior to commencing works to avoid accidental damage
* Provide excellent customer service and manage customer expectations effectively
* Work to a high standard, taking pride in superior workmanship
**Requirements**
* Broad range of trades skills
* Presentable, professional, and polite demeanor
* Proven track record of providing excellent customer service
* Ability to manage customer expectations effectively
* Excellent face-to-face customer service skills
* Good understanding of construction/house building
