Lead Salesforce Operations Specialist

Position Overview:
This role is primarily office-based, requiring attendance five days a week. Stirling Ellis, a prominent player in the technology sector, is seeking a seasoned Salesforce Operations Specialist for a newly established role.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the Finance Director, the Salesforce Operations Specialist will oversee all administrative functions related to the company's Salesforce CRM platform, focusing on sales inquiries and customer relationship management.
Process Oversight:
- Maintain daily dashboards and conduct periodic reconciliation reports.
- Monitor bid portals and incoming sales communications, ensuring records are created and tasks are allocated for follow-up.
System Configuration:
- Develop the framework for the sales team to effectively utilize the Salesforce system.
Data Integrity:
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data within the CRM system.
Reporting and Insights:
- Generate comprehensive reports using the CRM and Excel, including pivot tables and visual charts to illustrate sales data and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a minimum of 1-2 years of experience working with Salesforce in an operational or administrative capacity. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
