This initiative focuses on enhancing the quote-to-cash workflow, boosting data accuracy, and ensuring adherence to industry regulations. As a Salesforce CPQ Specialist, you will be instrumental in realizing these goals by delivering expert assistance, crafting effective configurations, and collaborating with diverse teams to implement optimal practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and provide expert support for the Salesforce CPQ platform.
  • Work alongside cross-functional teams to improve and streamline CPQ workflows.
  • Guarantee data accuracy and compliance within the CPQ system.
  • Design and maintain CPQ configurations, pricing rules, and product structures.
  • Identify and resolve CPQ-related challenges promptly.
  • Conduct regular evaluations to ensure peak performance and security of the CPQ platform.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Salesforce CPQ Specialist with a comprehensive understanding of CPQ workflows and best practices.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce CPQ configuration, including product rules, pricing rules, product bundles, discount schedules, and advanced approvals.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Capability to analyze intricate business requirements and translate them into effective CPQ solutions.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in integrating Salesforce CPQ with other systems and platforms.
  • Salesforce CPQ certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work setting.
