About the Role

As an Adult Care Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care and support to our guests accessing Thyme Lodge respite service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational management of the respite care service
  • Quality assurance and compliance with CQC and contract requirements
  • Staff deployment and service delivery
  • Collaboration with the senior operations manager to achieve service goals
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Significant practitioner or management experience in relevant health and social care service provision
  • A warm, person-centered, and respectful approach to care and support
  • An understanding of CQC quality requirements and care standards
