About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Caremark Ltd. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable adults in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Meeting the support requirements of our customers in a way that respects their individuality and promotes their independence.
- Traveling to customers' homes and assisting with daily tasks as agreed between the customer and Caremark.
- Providing personal care, medication support, fluid and nutrition assistance, light domestic tasks, companionship, and access to the community.
Requirements
- Caring and hard-working individual with a passion for delivering quality care and support.
- Hold a driver's license and have access to a reliable car.
- Be prepared to undergo an enhanced disclosure check.
