We are seeking a motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Residential Support Worker at our brand-new property in St Helens. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to adults with autism and learning disabilities.

About the Role

As a Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing daily care and support to the individuals living in the home. This will include assisting with daily routines, planning activities, and supporting them to access education and community activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centered care and support to individuals with autism and learning disabilities.
  • Assist with daily routines, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
  • Plan and deliver activities that promote independence, socialization, and community engagement.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure high-quality care and support.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a caring and approachable nature, with a willingness to learn and develop your skills. Experience as a carer is desirable, but full training and induction are provided for the right candidate.
