About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and flexible Care Assistant to join our team at St Helens Hall CareHome. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and hygiene support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Assist residents with eating and drinking, and participate in daily activities to promote social interaction and engagement
  • Offer emotional support and companionship to residents, helping to build strong relationships and a sense of community
  • Support residents to live an enriched and fulfilled life, focusing on their individual hobbies, preferences, and abilities
  • Maintain high standards of care and cleanliness within the care home environment
  • Work flexibly as part of a team to ensure residents' needs are met, including working varied shifts and participating in on-call rotas

Requirements
